OneAfrica Children Defense Fund was established in October 2001 by a group of young Africans in the United States with the aim of protecting children against pedophilia, child slavery and exploitation, child pornography and analphabetism in Africa. The founders want to encourage other Africans living abroad to contribute to their homeland, providing assistance in the fields of health and education in West Africa.
